An e-ticket is a paperless electronic document containing a unique confirmation number, such as a Passenger Number Record and Ticket Number. Travel Touriz delivers this airline e-ticket to customers via email.
Yes, it is a crucial document, and it is mandatory to carry a hard copy of your e-ticket as provided by Travel Touriz. If you fail to present a hard copy of your e-ticket, Travel Touriz will not be responsible if the airline staff refuses to issue a boarding pass, disallows you from traveling, or denies you entry to the airport.
Both domestic and international flight passengers must present this unique confirmation in hard copy form at the airport airline counter when entering the airport.
Airlines will issue a boarding pass after verifying your e-ticket and mandatory documents such as passports or national identity cards.
You may be required to show an identity proof (passport, driver’s license, etc.) along with your e-ticket copy at the airline check-in counter. Once verified, the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

To modify or cancel your travel bookings, please contact our Customer Service Representative or submit your query through the Cancellation Form. Passengers must use their registered phone number or email for communication. Refund processes will be initiated accordingly.
For cancellations of domestic flight bookings with Travel Touriz, simply contact our Customer Service Department. The cancellation procedures for international flights are identical.
Cancellation charges are determined by the respective airline. Certain discounted fares available through Travel Touriz may incur penalties for changes and cancellations. Any fees associated with changes will be collected prior to confirming the modifications to your booking. Cancellations must be requested before the departure date.
Once a ticket has been issued, name changes are not permitted. However, airlines may consider name changes after ticket issuance for an additional fee. In such cases, the current itinerary would be refunded, and a new itinerary would be issued based on the updated pricing.
If you are unable to use your ticket, you must request a refund from Travel Touriz within 60 days from the travel date. For international flights, the ticket validity is determined by the carrier. Refund requests should be submitted by email or by contacting our Customer Service center. Please be aware that refunds will be processed in accordance with the rules and policies of the supplier (airline/hotel/tour operator).
Refunds are typically issued to customers within 30 business days from the date of the refund or cancellation request. We strive to expedite refunds to the customer's bank account promptly in urgent cases. Payments made via credit card will be refunded directly to the card. Please note that any fees charged by Travel Touriz are non-refundable.
Travel Touriz regularly provides promotional discounts through a voucher system. Members of Travel Touriz and registered customers who opt-in to receive special offers will receive promotions, discounts, and vouchers tailored to their interests.
Please be aware that vouchers are owned by Travel Touriz, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions, discounts, and vouchers without prior notice. Any changes or terminations will be final and not subject to dispute.
In the event of a dispute, Travel Touriz's decision will be considered final and binding.
It is the customer's responsibility to possess a valid and genuine passport for international travel, ensuring it has at least six months’ validity remaining to obtain a visa. Meeting the passport, visa, and health requirements of the destination country is mandatory. You can obtain information on a country’s requirements by visiting the Embassy or Consulate website or contacting them directly.
When using Travel Touriz, you are fully responsible for ensuring your passport complies with all local and international legal requirements. Travel Touriz does not assume any responsibility for your passport under any circumstances.

The visa stamping service is available only for itineraries where the traveler holds an Online Visit Visa and has a round-trip ticket under a single PNR with a single carrier. Alternatively, travelers must have onward travel to another destination, providing proof of exit from the visiting country (e.g., UAE) with a valid ticket.

Hotels, guest houses, and accommodations reserve the right of admission. It is strongly recommended that you carry legal documentation verifying your identity at the time of check-in. Travel Touriz cannot be held liable or responsible if check-in is denied due to a lack of proper identification.
